Buy a new drum. The last one I bought had contained glycerine, had a
spotless, coated interior, and cost $12.

By the way, I don't have chronic fatigue syndrome, or otherwise consider myself
handicapped, and I depend heavily on come-alongs, jacks, ramps, a tractor and
all sorts of other helpers. The thought of rolling a sand-filled drum around
makes my shoulders ache!
