If there is a stud wall against the foundation wall how will they be able to
install the drain ducts. Any system that drains the water from above the
floor will still not solve the problem of high water under the floor causing
dampness and seepage through openings, cracks and edges of the concrete

finished, and the installers need to cut 4 inches off the bottom
of of then panels to put in the drain ducts.

What is the best way to conceal the bottom of the paneling,
instaed of replacing it?

you will be fine as long as theres a underground perforated pipe
sending the water to a sump pump or better gravity drain to daylight.
gravity is way more reliable than a pump.

been there spent 8 grand and one summer trying to fix water in
basement.

interior french drain fixed it at 3500 bucks I could of saved 8 grand
if I had started with interior french drain
