Turned my Jet mini VS off with a spindle between centers. Left an

Fortunately I'm old enough that all my children are grown. :)
My grand kids KNOW not to touch anything in the shop and usually follow my
"hands in the pockets" rule, but I try to lock out things when kids are around..
It's a PITA to pull the little yellow handles out of switches, but I try to
remember them when kids are around..
One feature that I really like on the Shopsmith is that the power switch has
sort of "ears" around it to prevent accidental starting, and holes in the ears
for a padlock... I've got a 20 year old habit of putting that long allan wrench
that comes with it through the holes when I power it off..
