There are many low cost webhosting options. Have you checked to see if your
ISP offers personal webspace? You wouldn't have to host the pictures there
(usually personal webspace is small) but you can put the *html file there
pointing to the drop box entries.

GoDaddy.com is a good provider for full service hosting.
