Astonishing. That would be like the U.S. claiming extraterritorial
application of its laws to Americans abroad, or to those who injure
Americans abroad. Can you imagine the uproar if we did that?

What's that, we do?

Really? Since before the Civil War?

The Tripolitan War? What's that?

Why should I have to know any history to hold radical opinions about
international law?
