Man .. you need to be his defense lawyer !

What are you going to do? You can argue your case but in order to do
so you will probably be arrested, go to jail, and have to hire a
lawyer in a strange city. The second alternative usually means
nothing other than a find paid in a distant city and who gives a
flying "F".
Hell, sounds like a great scam for the local cops to pull
to generate quick and easy revenue.

Brings up the time in Jamaica, man. bought a little pot
in the parking lot of the airport waiting for the shuttle
and damn .. police stopped us right after and we paid $50
fine .. cash plz, no ticket !

Wonder how many other travelers
have been scammed into paying the fine so they can continue their
trips?

A first year law student at the bottom of his class could have gotten
the case against Craig thrown out in 30 seconds or less. First of
all, there was absolutely no proof of any contact to begin with and
not one ounce of proof of any implied or actual solicitation. It was
basically the cops vague interpretation of movements on the other side
of a partition that may have been accidental or baited by him. After
all, how the hell could you brush against someone's foot unless thay
had it so close to the wall or pushed under the wall so that
accidental contact could be made? Then again, I have seen some of
those stalls that barely provided enough room to turn around in.

There is just something about this whole deal that smells and its not
a sweet smell either.- Hide quoted text -

Smells like the MSM protecting the Clinton machine again, while the
real crimes are being unfolded in campaign finance.
