I listened to the tapes and based on the conversation from the cop, I
would wonder about just what proof the cop could produce that he was
solicited. Nothing the Senator said would lead anyone to believe that
he did anything wrong and he never admitted that he did. Wonder what
proof, other than the cops word for it. there was that any
solicitation actually occured. Was there a vidio? How interesting
that would be and what rights were violated. If no vidio, how about
another witness or maybe a recording of a verbal solicitation. The
tape I heard had no such solicitation.

Now consider for a moment...you are traveling across country and
during a layover must tend to natures calling. You wait for a stall
to open and when available you enter, turn around to lower your pants
and sit down. You spread you legs to keep your pants from dropping to
a filthy floor and bump the foot of the guy in the stall next to you
(who supposedly has done the same thing). Big Fking deal, you think,
and proceed to do your thing within your space. Maybe you reach down
to pickup a paper, tap your foot or whatever. Next thing you know the
guy in the next stall shoves a badge under the wall and says you are
under arrest for lewd conduct.

What are you going to do? You can argue your case but in order to do
so you will probably be arrested, go to jail, and have to hire a
lawyer in a strange city. Or, you can say the hell with it, pay a
small fine and still make your connections for home. One alternative
means a lot of lost time, a lot of money, and possibly a lot of
embarassment guilty or not. The second alternative usually means
nothing other than a find paid in a distant city and who gives a
flying "F". Hell, sounds like a great scam for the local cops to pull
to generate quick and easy revenue. Wonder how many other travelers
have been scammed into paying the fine so they can continue their
trips?

Wow. This sheds a whole new light on it. It sure looks like a setup. You
can never win against cops. Too many unethical ones who are nothing more
than thugs with badges.

Then it was leaked by hillary's crew to cover up her illegal campaign
contributions.
