Earth Sleeving
We were somewhere around Barstow, on the edge of the desert, when the
drugs began to take hold. I remember "Dave Plowman (News)"
saying something like:

Not when these were done. On one occasion the owner was standing at the
foot of the ladders when I opened the cover and saw this.
"I did that myself," he informed me proudly.
"Looks like it, too," I replied.
