I know that you wanted to stay in the "Bay Area" but if you have no
luck... I would be interested in doing some castings for you...

I use Lost Foam (not Lost wax), can CNC the mold in 2.5D upto 10" X
10" X 2" dimensioning...

My foundry is tailored to custom one-off work, and typically leave the
large production runs to the Asians...

The hitch is I'm located in Ontario Canada... but Via Email & internet
a significant amount of proofing can be accomplished...

If you're interested email meas listed below with the details or even
a hand drawn sketch of the piece you need done (DXF format would be
the best but not required...)
