Depends on what you're cooking. Got some examples?
The fogging up happens ALL THE TIME. It doesn't matter what you are
cooking in this thing. There is condensation that appears between the
inside and outside panels of glass on the door. Basically, that's how
the unit is 'designed' to 'vent'. Of course, cooking bacon and frozen
dishes is the worst, as there seems to be more 'steam' with this kind
of food, but it has happened even when I've just heated up some chili
for 30 seconds.
Slyvania's website says this condensation is perfectly 'normal', but I
have yet to see any other microwave to do this. These microwaves have
been installed in Jayco RVs and even Jayco is swapping some of them
out for unhappy customers - even though they are running (according to
Sylvania) 'as they should'.
I don't have a problem with the condensation, except that I cannot see
my food inside the microwave when the door gets fogged up, and there
is excessive water to clean up (and it starts running out of the
microwave and down the door when the door is opened).
Any thoughts here on this brand of Microwave and their "normal"
constant condensation?

I think you've pretty much said everything that needs to be said about these
machines. The fact that Jayco is dumping them is further evidence that
they're designed badly. Who cares what other people think about them? If you
hate the thing, that's all that matters.
