That came with my older brother's chemistry set, but I never figured
out what to do with it.

I should have gotten some bees and abraded them.


In the chemistry sets they want you to look at it under the microscope
and go "ooh! diatoms!". but it's a good fine abrasive. They used to
use it in toothpaste. i imagine things have moved on by now.
