Is there a replaceable fuse? or such
Or is it more likely to be the vertical deflection driver died?

It is likely, that your power supply circuit is dead. Check for
transistors with heat sinks and measure the voltages. A dying power
supply causes in many cases the dead of different other parts in your
monitor.

Where can I find schematics, or service manual for NEC Multisync E700
monitor?

I can't find anything regarding your E700 and it seems, your monitor has
a different name. You may find your file at this URL:

http://www.eserviceinfo.com/download...NEC_FE700.html

Hope this helps, Holger

Thank you for providing the EXACT URL. I downloaded the NEC FE700.rar
[927KB] from there.

But that then required dwonloading some Winrar program to retrieve
it.
Inside .rar was NEC FE700.pdf [947KB]

Don't know why they bothered.
Using FREE Winzip and a NORMAL zip yielded 937KB
Using highly compressed yielded 932KB

YES! If this schematic relates, there is a fuse along the power
supply line. If it's blown, nothing works.

Will look into it. Thanks again.
