I love the dovetails all over. It makes the the whole thing look like some
kind of big puzzle.


More than kind of like a puzzle. It took me a bit to figure out the
assembly. The original had dovetails where I have finger joints, so you
couldn't just slide the horizontal pieces together. They probably had to
angle the tails and rotate the final pieces into place.
