Default Makita 5604R Circular Saw

We were somewhere around Barstow, on the edge of the desert, when the
drugs began to take hold. I remember "Doctor Drivel"
saying something like:

"The Medway Handyman" wrote in message
...
FYI

Returned the Mac Disaster circular saw to B&Q and got a full refund,
ordered the Makita. £45 refund, £80 for the Makita so I ended up spending
an extra £35. What a difference!

The Parkside from Lidl is v good too and costs... #25

Not in the same league at all. I have an old Makita circ saw - must be
knocking on for 20 years - and it's as good as the day it was made. I
don't see the Parkside one still going strong and being used day-in,
day-out in 20 years time.
