I'm considering either extending a house or rebuilding it. If anyone
has demolished any buildings recently, could you estimate a ballpark
figure please for demolishing:
a) a single storey flat-roof extension (garage + utility) - 22ft x
12ft (264 sq ft)
b) a house - ground area 35ft x 20ft (700 sq ft)?
Property is standard brick build.
