Nope. You posted a picture (if I'm understanding your posts correctly) to a
newsgroup that allowed binaries. Then you posted a link to the newsgroup
that contained your picture.

A newsgroup is not a website. A newsgroup does not have a URL. You were
asking those who might want to view your picture to rummage through postings
on a newsgroup to find your photo.
