I can see that I need to post a few photos of the /outside/ of my
shop. It's in an aircraft hanger in the highest (ground) traffic area
of a small town airport.

If I built a dock or ramp (either sunken or raised) I'd be lynched
posthaste by the other tenants /and/ by my landlord.
