B&Q do sell plaster sealer! Though you may need to go to a warehouse
store to find it.
Go to www.diy.com and search for "plaster sealer". You'll get several
hits.
They stock their own brand and a dulux branded product.

You can't buy it online but it is listed - both their own and dulux.
