Internet advertising is not so much about the number of pixels as the number
of times the ad is displayed. This sounds like you are buying $27.00 worth
of nothing. If they had a lot of ad views to boast about they would say so.

I can get you 28,080 pixels shown 100,000 times for a hundred bucks.
