AKA brainware.

You need to find somebody who actually has some experience and have them
do the job. You can read a book or two, but it is better to have real
experience. No software is going to be any substitute.

Amen to that.

Software cannot adjust to the irregularities found in all homes. Homes are
not precision machines: walls are not perfectly plumb or flat or
rectangular. You need a CRAFTSMAN!
