Well, I am very close to the top of the
overflow tube already. I often
thought of lengthening it a little.
Maybe I'll try that ..... but then again,
I plan on selling, hopefully by the end
of the year.


I doubt you will be able to sell a used toilet, especially one that
doesn't flush well.

It would limit the number of potential buyers, but have you considered
selling the whole house?

But it is a constant
irritation.
