Not aggressive enough. Try CLR, other calcium solubilizers, or
automotive radiator flush (oxalic acid crystals).

muratic acid will also work.
Caution! Muriatic acid (HCl) will dissolve the zinc out of the brass
faucet alloy. Use good judgement handling such strong acids.

Vinegar will do it. Just takes a lot longer to dissolve heavy buildups and
may have to be replenished with fresh if it quits bubbling.
