The noise comes when we close the faucet and it loud ban

Rats didn't see this question. Big noise after closing sounds more
like water hammer.

You might have water pressure too high, and this could require a real
plumber to check it out. So imho, bite the bullet and look for
references for a good plumber. IMHO ofcourse.
