The night club will lose its licence if it doesn't enforce the ban...

It worked fine here in Scotland with some unexpected results...

Smokers socialise more as they stand outside puffing away.
The clubs smell of BO because there's no stink to mask it.
The pubs are visually clearer with no "beams" from the lamps.
Sales of cigarettes went UP!
