Either you don't know well many of the people you know who run businesses, or you run with a
sad circle of acquaintances. Making a fair, a reasonable profit is the primary goal of the
business owners I know.

Is that how you run YOUR business?
Or are you just spreading heresy?
I have been successfuly running my own business since 1983 and maximizing the profit is the
PRIMARY goal.

Irrelevant to whether it is for everyone.

Pay attention.

Go and **** yourself.

I wasn't talking about *everyone*

You have always been, and always will be, completely and utterly irrelevant.

What you might or might not have been talking about in spades.

What matters is what SOME businesses do as far as
the original claim about the primary goal of businesses is.

and you shouldn't be either.

Pathetic, really.

Quite a few are essentially just buying themselves a job with the
conditions they get to set for themselves and its much more about
the best overall outcome time and profit wise than maximising profit.

Buying themselves a job?

Not necessarily. Mainly just a lifestyle choice.

You must have read that silliness in a socialist rag somewhere.

Bit hard since I've never actually been stupid enough to read one.

I do however know plenty who run their own business, in
fact I know more of those than those who are wage slaves.

Many more in fact.

All that other stuff you were rumoring about simply reinforces that PRIMARY goal.

Your problem.

Nope, no problem at all.

Fraid so.

Its called, keeping your eye on the goal.

Its actually called desperately attempting to bull**** your way out of your predicament.

How long have you been buying your job from your boss?

I'm not a wage slave, stupid.

Running your own business is a little different than just talking about it. Onward.
