risk it if you were allergic to peanuts? I know I wouldn't.

I wouldn't likely be keeping a container of peanut oil around so I
wouldn't use it myself due to lack of peanut oil. But if someone gave
me a cutting board oiled with peanut oil I doubt I'd worry about it.
