Typically, you need a 6" deep stud space.
Download the install dwgs from the mfr web site.

You'll need to relocate the waste pipe.
That could impact venting arrangements
and would take some study.

I would expect some noise transmission thru
the wall to the next room.

Would not be suitable on an outside wall if
freezing is a problem.

They do make for a very clean looking room.
