In your e-mail tell 'em what you don't like and include the full
message (including headers) you're complaining about.

You can get the header info by right-clicking on the message in the
message tree window and selecting "properties" and "Details" in the
pop-up window. To get both headers and full message text, click on
"Message Source" in the pop-up window.
