C = coulombs. It's a charged cap -- be careful, you might accidentially
bleed out the 0.4 femtocoulombs! ;-)
Incidentially, 0.4fC is about 2500 electrons.
Hey with today's modern quantum dot detectors used in the lab
instruments, it'll have no problem. ;-]
