Well, around here, you pay for a trabat, and you get one.

Unless you live in a community that requires decent schools,
in which case you pay for a mercedes and you get one.

Basically public education is a trabat club. Everyone pays for
a trabat, and most folks get one. Some kids cost like a
mercedes to school however.

If you can figure a way to give everyone a fancy car at
cheap prices, more power to you. But somehow that sounds
like the old, 'lower taxes, cut the deficit, and increase
spending' scam.
