Nope. Just a short list of states that have already
put vouchers into effect, and have demonstrated that
education there is 'better' and cheaper now that
they are in use.

Could be even *one* state.

Maybe someplace in the south. Florida perhaps?


Wisconsin, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, Florida, and
the District of Columbia all have, or are starting, pilot
voucher programs. Wisconsin's is the oldest, and
has had positive measurable results in terms of
improved test scores for Milwaukee children in the
program.
