Remove all external inputs, including HDMI, see if the buzz disappears: if
so it it from one of your external devices: if not have the set serviced.
Not a whole lot a consumer can do on these, board level repair for
servicing.

My 50" RCA DLP TV model # HDLP50W151 makes a buzzing noise. The noise
goes hand in hand with the volume, the higher the volume the louder the
buzzing.
