Default Footer Drain Clogged with Sediment

Water coming from our footer drain into the the sump crock has a beige
color sediment oozing in thru the pipe with the water. Over time it coats
the sump crock and sump pump and eventually will clog up the discharge pipe
from the sump pump. It also builds up in the footer drain and eventually
it will clog also.
As the sediment builds up, it will harden and is difficult to get cleaned
out.
As it is oozing in, it reminds you of a quicksand type substance,
but as it builds up and hardenes it looks like a calcium buildup that you
would get with water. Has anyone encountered a similar problem? Would
appreciate any information or solutions that anyone has.
