A long story short, basically a house stood empty for 7 years, boiler
installed in loft but never commissioned. Attempted to fire it up and
its coming up with an error code suggesting to change the PCB.
Dillemma's
1. Purchase new board and hope that any long term storage is confined
here.
2. Purchase new boiler and just accept that it is not viable to replace
parts on an uncertain boiler albeit it is unused. The boiler is a top
of the range with weather compensater fitted and is a condensing
boiler.
3. Hope that Raden comes along and says put the PCB on a radiator and
it will sort itself out.

Really sorry about this, but I don't know

Well if the PCB is damp, thats a darned good starting point.

In fact I would put fan heaters up in the loft for a few days and then
try it all.
