Default fixing baseboard to drywall (concrete behind)

hi. i'm putting some baseboard around a basement room. in some areas
there are studs behind the drywall. in other areas there is concrete
behind the drywall. so i'm trying to figure out how to fix the
baseboard to these areas.

where there are studs i use a finishing nail gun, hold the baseboard in
place and fire. this works great because the drywall isn't always
perfectly straight and the floor isn't always perfectly flat. it allows
me to bend the baseboard slightly if need be.

anyway, i also need something that looks ok since i'm not painting the
baseboard (its natural wood).

i can't think of a way to do this. anyone?

Ramset or concrete nails , or drill and expansion plug in the concrete.

Easier might be construction adhesive .

If the drywall on the concrete wall is on furring strips just nail into
that.
