Oh look, it's the same Chief Constable posing in front of the errrm, thing.

I've been to the police headquarters in question, it's very nice. Peaceful,
located near a top notch hotel and restaurant. Miles from anywhere.

Presumably similar facilities are being provided at local police
stations as well as "headquarters", so that all staff can benefit.
