Default Financing Home Improvements?

Todd, I think that you are just pretending to be smart. Their contact
info is right on their website.

I still can't find any lender that can offer me a good deal. Anyone out
there knows were I can apply for a Home Equity Line With bad credit?

Thanks.

Andy

I'm trying to finance a rehab of my investment property, but I have
less then perfect credit, and have problems getting approved with
regular banks. I was referred to
www.expfunds.com I called them and was
approved for a home equity line, but the rate is kind of high. Can
anyone recommend a similar company, so that I can make sure that I'm
getting a fair shake here?

Any suggestions?

I'd definitely avoid expfunds.com. Looking up their domain record, I
see they're registered with domainsbyproxy. domainsbyproxy is handy
for individuals looking to protect their identity and contact
information, but I'd never deal in money and credit with any entity
that can't keep a public personna where I can go and throttle them.

Beside, I think they have this guy name Andrew who's a shill for
them and makes newsgroup postings pretending to be a customer.

Best Regards,
