Using the standard size bottles for acetylene and oxygen found in most
shops and garages what does a refil cost.

I don't think there is a standard size. My "Q" oxygen tank costs $9.95, "B"
acetylene costs $12.75. Both are small tanks. I have a larger actylene tank
that I haven't refilled yet. These are owner tanks.
By the way, does anybody have a link to a tank size chart. I don't even know
exactly how much the "Q" tank holds. 60cf maybe?
