Home is 2 years old and 3 outlets in kitchen and pantry area not working.
Tried circuit breakers and none appear to be tripped. Circuit also contains
under cabinet lighting and they are not working either. Where do I start
looking for the problem?

You don't say if they were ever working. Most say that outlets quit
working. It they have never worked and you just discovered this, you
could have a big problem.

Anyway, as suggested, check the GFCI's. The reset for these are on
the outlets. They have a red test and a black reset button. There
should be an indicator light to show that the outlet has power. The
other two that are out are most likely normal looking breakers that
are protected by the special outlet.

Also as suggested, you should manually switch all the breakers off in
the panel and back on.
