If you mean it leaks from the join where it swivels , you may be able
to repair it if it can be dismantled. There may be an o-ring that can
be replaced.

If you have the make and /or model number you can often look it up and
get a part number.

If its a cheap faucet assembly that ccant be dismantled you may have
to replace it.
