They aren't closing them out. They're claiming they have a limited
number of machines which have "some cosmetic rust", so they can't
be sold for full price. They've done this before.
I haven't bit on this offer in the past due to visions of severely rusted
machinery. But Rich says the one he just got only had rust on the
crate banding.

Mine's now completely out of the crate an on a table. I need to clean
the presevative off and bolt it down.
As to the earlier comment in the thread, I have a PEXTO 40" foot
operated shear. I really only wanted the press brake. Most of what I
do is .060 6061 or thinner. I hope it'll be fine for my hack work. I
only bend sheet metal to hold the electronics together anyway.
