I have a question with Extreme Makeover...

Who pays for the taxes when the crew is finished? Cmon, usually it's a
family who can barely make it as is, but when the crew is finished, the
family has more electrical gadgets then you can shake a stick at, not to
mention a 1000 fold improvement in their house. Seems to me that the
program is pricing the housing out of the family's means.
