The regs suggest somewhere where it can't get damaged, and not so close the
floor that the flex gets bent too harshly. Suggest a 13A socket low down at
the back of the cooker, run from the socket to the standard cooker switch in
6mm T+E so if you go electric you just need to swap the front plate...
