CA has on the Nov. ballot an increase of the tax on a pack.
Like $2.60 increase. a pack of smokes will cost about $7. that should
help everyone.
you can foley some of the children some of the time.
time to vote some off the island.

What it will do is create a fairly large cottage industry
bootlegging cigarettes.
