Watch the mils. Unfortunately,
when you get cheap and the
bags are too thin, they tear.
I would suggest you tie the papers
with string before bagging them.
NYC just requires we tie
papers/mags/cardboard.
In fact a year ago I threw out bags of old files
and the folders cut the bags.. they demanded we tie
from then on.
