Combi Boiler - no ignition after low water pressure

Hello All,
I have have a gas halstead combi boiler 30/90.
My water pressure went down to 0.3 bar and my boiler stopped working. I
got the water pressure back to 1.5bar, but now it will not ignite or
even spark. It is not the air fan switch. Could this be the
thermocouple or a overheat stat switch? If so how can I check this or
is there anything else it could be?
There is no thermocouple, it has electronic ignition
Yes, it's probably the OH cut out - which might be resettable
look in your manual
