I Could not see why not but you could get a small amount in your blood
stream through absorbtion could cause you to be over the limit if
driving ?

Absorption through the skin is minimal.

Unsurprisingly, absorption through the stomach is better but you have to
drink a couple of measures or so to exceed the driviing limit...
