Default table saw wheels

I had a contractor saw where the previous owner had added something like
this.

It had two wheels mounted to the back side of the back legs such that
they were just barely above the floor. If you tilted the saw backwards,
then the wheels took the weight and you could wheel it around relatively
easily.
