Default Buying a new flat. Should I pay for these repairs? (or are they trying to rob me blind as usual:D)

Let's see, leaky chimney, leaky window, probable mold there somewhere
as a result, then confirmed mold in the bathroom requiring gutting and
wood destroying insects... that's some serious stuff, honestly, and
2800 (which I'm estimating as $5600 US) doesn't sound near enough to
address all of those with more than bandaids.

Then again, I live in a suburb in the US and would hve to think hard
to and probably drive 5 miles to find a structure that was around in
1890.
