I can't thank you and Mort enough for your support and advice.

I went into this feeling very powerless, which doesn't make any sense
(unless it's a girl thing), even though I have the money. I guess it
was because I really wanted the property. Once I got okay with losing
it, I started to feel more powerful.

But the thing that helped the most was the advice I got here!
